Traveling through Italy, and connecting with the traditions have shaped us forever. Olive oil has always been at the heart of those experiences, whether drizzled over fresh bread, used in cooking, or as the finishing touch to a meal prepared with care.
The idea to create our own extra virgin olive oil came naturally. We wanted to share the same quality of oil we grew up enjoying—something pure, balanced, and versatile, made with intention and respect for the land it comes from.
